AI Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in the research, training, and optimization of company AI models
2. Responsible for the implementation and technical support of AI projects
3. Participate in the design and evaluation of AI technical solutions
4. Collaborate with the team to complete the development and deployment of AI-related projects

Job Requirements

1. Fluent in English listening, reading, and writing; able to understand English AI papers
2. Able to deploy open-source AI projects with complete documentation; proficient in Python; experience in writing HTTP services is a plus
3. Proficient in using Docker/Docker Compose and other tools
4. Strong mathematical foundation, self-learning ability, technical vision, and experienced AI user
5. Experience in training or fine-tuning text or speech models is a plus
